Mr Farber was a well-known and highly respected figure in the international recycling industry. As BIR President from 1987 to 1991 he was instrumental in further developing our international organization based on his vision and expertise.
Mr Farber was also the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award of ISRI, BIRâs US American members association for his lifelong commitment and leadership within ISRI and its predecessor organization NARI, of which he was president from 1978 to 1980.
