EcoRec specialise in collecting, temporary storage, packaging, transportation and recycling of electronic equipment and their components, as well as scrap auto catalytic converters.
At the end of 2019 THM installed a new combined plant for the recycling of auto catalytic converters, as well as electronic scrap (WEEE) at EcoRec. The core equipment selected was the TQZ Turbo – Crusher for size reduction and the separation of component materials. The TQZ1200 is the first and most important step of the recycling plant.
After processing the material with the TQZ1200 the crushed material is transported by a bi-directional discharge conveyor belt to the auto catalyst or WEEE processing system. The down-stream handling equipment consists of different separation systems which produce sorted and clean material fractions.
The original TQZ Turbo-Crusher is a state-of-the-art machine for the recycling of fridges, electronic waste, metals and many other scrap materials. The TQZ Turbo-Crusher utilises rotating impact tools and excels when composite materials must be crushed and broken-up gently and efficiently.
