All of the remaining 23 jobs at the Nortorf business location, in Schleswig-Holstein, as well as the Farmatic company name are being retained.
Farmatic Anlagenbau GmbH is an industry leader in upgrading and finishing of tanks and containers, especially in the areas of wastewater treatment, thermal energy storage, biogas production and agriculture. “With the acquisition of Farmatic, we are expanding our product portfolio in a promising international market and will be able to achieve valuable synergy effects,” commented Managing Director, Karlgünter Eggersmann.

I am therefore all the more pleased for the employees of Farmatic and their families that we have been able to proceed with the acquisition on fair and good terms,” announced Hendrik Gittermann, insolvency administrator and restructuring expert from the Hamburg law firm of Reimer Rechtsanwälte. It has been agreed that the purchase price will not be publicly disclosed.
